We offer free shipping on all orders by United States Postal Service Priority and First Class Mail. Should you wish for faster shipping you can choose to pay for Priority shipping at check-out.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours meaning it should reach you within 2-5 business days, depending on where you live in relationship to our fulfillment center. If you choose to pay the additional fees for Priority shipping at checkout, it will reach you within 1-3 days.
*Exception: If we are out of stock of an item, we often will have the product shipped directly from the manufacturer in order to expedite your order. Occasionally this will result in a slightly longer shipping time (add 1-3 days to order). We will always notify you in these instances.
Dr. Mullins personal practice is located in Albuquerque, NM. Our fulfillment center (where your product is shipped from) is located just outside Asheville, NC.
Almost all of the products we offer are shipped directly from us. However, we are proud to say that some companies we work with make their herbal products fresh weekly. For example, the Byron White tinctures will always be shipped directly from the Byron company directly to ensure quality control. You will always receive the most current batches of all product from us.
*Due to limited stock on some products from companies such as, Beyond Balance, Xymogen and DesBio, we do sometimes expedite orders by having them shipped directly from these companies. You will always be notified in these instances. 95% of the time product will be shipped from us.
We only use encrypted, PCI-compliant methods for storing and transferring customer data. Customer security is a top priority.
Yes, we are happy to help with international shipping! Unfortunately international orders, with the exception of Canada, cannot be placed on our website, but our customer service team can offer you a shipping quote. Simply call our customer service line or email to inquire.
* Canadian Customers:
We have many Canadian customers. We mark all Canadian packages as a "gift" as to avoid customer paying any custom fees. It is our experience that 1 out of 20 times or so, Cananda over-rides this and charges custom fee at the door. This is out of our control; we do our best to prevent this.
We offer all unopened product for 60 days from purchase date. At this time we DO NOT ACCEPT returns on opened product. We are not Amazon. Fraudulent practices (of huge proportion) with returns on opened product have become a devastating reality. We appreciate your understanding on this matter, and truly value you as a customer.

Dr. Mullins is a licensed Primary Healthcare Provider in the state of New Mexico as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine. This means that she is legally able to offer all practitioner only sold product through her personal platform of DigestiveWarrior.com. Due to the potency and pharmaceutical grade quality of the products we offer, some brands do require a login and/or a free 20 minute consultation with Dr. Mullins in order to purchase. This is for your safety and our commitment to best-practice standards.
